I was watching ESPN over the weekend. They had a story for mother’s day about women, specifically mothers, serving in the military.
The story was about the impact on mothers being deployed overseas and how hard it was on the children and how sports helped the kids get through the time away from their moms.
One little boy was highlighted. After his mom returned and surprised him at his basketball game he was overcome with emotion. He sat on the floor crying tears of joy.
When he was interviewed he indicated that just seeing his mom, he had the feeling of his body being filled up from bottom to top with the feelings of JOY.
Just two short weeks later, his mom was re-deployed overseas again and the joy drained out his body again.
What is your edge of filing up your body with joy?
Would a person, a pet, an event (e.g., sunset, etc.) or situation fill your body up from top to bottom with joy?
It is time for you to find that person, place or thing. Look for it.
Re-experience filling up your body with joy.
