Listen to this Podcast:

I was watching the Pat Mcafee show on ESPN in the episode on November 11, 2024, in which he was interviewing Coach Jim Harbaugh, Head Football Coach of the Los Angeles Chargers in the NFL.

Coach Harbaugh said this at time stamp 7:08 in the interview talking about being successful in an organization:

Everybody is working like their job’s the most important job in the entire organization and you you see it because everybody’s double checking, triple checking, quadruple checking their work and doing anything and everything to help the team and the organization to succeed. It’s so infectious, that I come in every day as head coach and say, “What can I add?

“What can I add?”
