Everything in the world is composed of energy, that is constantly in motion. All energy has a vibrational frequency, how fast the energy is moving.

Even objects that appear to be solid and stationary, like rocks and trees, are in fact vibrating, oscillating, resonating, at various vibrational frequencies.

The word energize is defined as “having enthusiasm and determination and activating, invigorating and giving ‘voltage’ to attitudes and actions to accomplish something.”

There is a Divine law of the Universe that states with respect to energy, frequency and vibration, “like attracts like.”

So you attract into your reality and the Universe matches you with people and situations that are vibrating at a similar energy, frequency and vibration that you are sending out.


So how can you energize yourself to co-create the life you desire?

  1. Take an Inventory of Your Emotions. One of the most important components of the vibrational frequency of humans is the energetic vibrations of emotions. Various scientific researchers have determined that negative human emotions such as anger, anxiety, despair, fear, etc. have lower vibrational frequencies. Positive human emotions such as courage, happiness, joy, love, etc. have higher vibrational frequencies. Ask yourself, “What emotions am I feeling at the moment? Why am I feeling this way?, etc.”
  2. Dynamically Shift Any Negative Emotions – Once you are aware of your emotions, if you experiencing any negative emotions, you can easily and dynamically shift yourself to another more positive emotion. For example, if you are feeling fear and anxiety you can easily shift your emotions to neutral or a positive emotion without much effort. The emotion of “courage” is a neutral emotion, the crossover point between negative and positive emotions and is a tipping point emotion. You can dynamically shift your emotions by: (a) taking deep breathes in which you inhale, hold, exhale, pause and repeat for the same amount of time (e.g., 7-10 seconds) and (b) consciously focusing in on the positive emotions you desire to feel. You will feel the shift of your vibrational energetic frequency towards the positive emotions you desire to feel.
  3. Express and Practice Appreciation – Embracing and maintaining the feeling and emotion of appreciation produces a very high-frequency energetic vibration, creating a powerful attraction point for positive experiences in your life. Why express appreciation instead of gratitude? Gratitude has a vibration of lack. According to Hay House Author Esther Hicks, “when you feel gratitude, you are looking at a difficulty that you have overcome, but there is still some of the vibration of struggle present.” Appreciation is expressing a feeling of thankful recognition and full understanding of a situation. Express and practice appreciation on a daily basis. To express and practice appreciation, write, then say “I appreciate _______________________…” all of the things you can think up you are in a state of appreciation for of a daily basis.

Being energized with attitudes and actions will create a positive impact in your life and in the lives of anyone you encounter.
