Are you at a point in your life when you are experiencing the chaos of change? Involuntary change thrust upon you via divorce, breakup, death, loss of a job, loss of a living situation, etc.. Or is the change voluntary? Something you are initiating because you want your life to be different?

When you are experiencing the chaos of change are you fearful of what the world will look like afterwards?

In such a situation, it has never been more important to trust your intuition to effectively deal with this period of the chaos of change.

Intuition is defined as “an inner sensing, inner insight to unconscious recognition of energetic patterns and the ability to understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning.”

Your Intuition emanates from the energy of a Higher Power and provides you with Divine guidance and Divine intelligence.

Your Intuition includes little droplets of Higher Power energy that drop down and in, from a higher dimension.

Many mind-body-spirit practitioners consider your intuition as your “first sense,” the sense you should rely on and use most often in your life before you use any of your other five senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch.

You should always consider you intuition to be the 1st sense you rely upon.

Other mind-body-spirit practitioners consider your intuition as your “sixth sense” to be included with, and as an addition to, your five other senses.

Whatever you point of view on intuition is, Intuition is that gut-feeling, that warm feeling in your heart-space, that ah-hah moment or something that just pops into your head, without you having been thinking about it, but is something you just know, is true and correct.

Intuition is your inner guidance system, that operates on a vibration of truth and love and helps you stay authentic and in integrity with your soul plan.

Your intuition operates outside your ego. Your ego is defined as “your conscious mind, the part of your identity that you consider your ‘self.’ ”

“Your intuition and your ego are not aligned in time and not in sync.”

Stephen Lesavich, PhD

Your ego-based instincts are fixed patterns of behavior exhibited in response to environmental stimuli. Your intuition pops in instantaneously, your instincts arrive at a later moment in time based on thoughts and responses to your current environment.

Your intuition and ego provide contrasting feelings. Your ego provides feelings of confusion and ambiguity. In contrast, your intuition always provides feelings of clarity and distinctness.

We live our lives by experiencing contrasts as we experience things we DO want and contrast them to things we DO NOT want.
